Olive Oil “Blancal 

Its name evokes the whitish look that distinguishes the tree.
A local and minority variety in the region, largely because of its sweetness, Blancal olives have always been used as table olives, despite the oil possessing a very special and exclusive smoothness.

Aspecto: Greenish yellow, light greenish.
Tasting: blancal oils are very aromatic in the nose with evocative aromas of very nice green fruits and vegetables.
Very sweet, a touch spicy and poorly bitter.
